Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Products fulfilled via Senhub or Shopify Collective may follow partner-specific return instructions provided upon request.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Reach out to us — we’ll help process an exchange if stock allows.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
